We charge a flat fee of $10 for shipping per item within the United States. Shipping is free for orders of two or more items.

 

Delivery Timeframe:

We commit to shipping your order within 3 business days upon receipt. Collaborating with reliable logistics partners, we aim to get your items to you as swiftly as possible.

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days after placing it. Please note that unforeseeable circumstances such as weather and traffic may cause delays in delivery. However, we'll make every effort to ensure you receive your items promptly and provide tracking information whenever possible, allowing you to stay updated on your order status.

To facilitate easy tracking of your order, we offer order tracking services. You can check your order status and track your items' whereabouts and estimated delivery times through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
